Mit Plattenfehler "Blauer Fleck rechts neben 1749 der linken Blockumrandung."
Eigentlich sind es zwei diagonal nebeneinander liegende blaue Kratzer/Striche.
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit auf einer Auktion ein zweites solches Blockexemplar mit diesem Fleck entdeckt, konnte es aber leider nicht ersteigern,
da auch dort auf diesen eventuellen PF hingewiesen wurde und der Preis auf überraschende 160,- € anstieg.
